2. Early Check-Out
- If a guest checks out earlier than the original departure date, no refund will be provided for the unused nights.
- Any early check-out request must be communicated to the front desk at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Non-Refundable Bookings
- Certain promotional offers, festival specials, discounted rates, or advance purchase bookings may be marked as "Non-Refundable" at the time of booking.
- Such bookings are not eligible for any cancellation or modification, and the full amount will be charged.
- The non-refundable nature will be clearly mentioned and highlighted during the booking process.
4. Group Bookings
- For group reservations (3 or more rooms), separate cancellation terms and conditions may apply.

5. Modification Policy
- Changes to existing reservations (such as dates, room type, or number of guests) are subject to availability.
- Modification requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date.
- Any modification may result in a change in room rate, and additional charges may apply.
- If the new rate is higher, the difference must be paid at the time of modification.
6. Refund Process
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- Refunds will be initiated within 7 to 10 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
- The actual refund credit to your bank account or credit card may take additional time, depending on your bank or payment gateway provider.

7. Exceptional Circumstances
In the event of unforeseen situations such as:
- ๐ช๏ธ Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, cyclones, etc.)
- ๐๏ธ Government-imposed restrictions or lockdowns
- ๐ฅ Medical emergencies (with valid proof)
The hotel reserves the right to modify, waive, or offer a partial/full refund on cancellation charges on a
case-by-case basis. Such decisions will be made at the sole discretion of the hotel management.
8. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes regarding cancellations, refunds, or modifications shall be resolved through mutual discussion.
- If unresolved, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.
